F4 gathering, friendship is as strong as ever
Lee Minho, Kim Bum and Kim Joon, will go to concert venue to congratulate SS501 Asia Tour
F4 will gather in one place.
F4 members Lee MinHo, Kim Bum & Kim Joon, will attend ‘SS501 1st ASIA TOUR PERSONA IN SEOUL’ to be held on 1~2 Aug at Seoul Bangee-dong Olympic Park Gymnasium Stadium. These guys acted with SS501 member Kim HyunJoong in KBS 2TV drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’ as ‘F4’, forming bonds with each other and thus would be going for his concert.
SS501’s company DSP Entertainment representative said “After the drama ended, F4’s friendship is still as strong as ever. Lee MinHo, KimJoon, etc, readily agreed to attend the concert to congratulate SS501’s first Asia Tour. Kim Bum who is currently busy with drama ‘Dream’, especially tuned his schedules so that he will be able to attend.”
F4 members voluntarily attended each others’ events and their ‘exchange of work’ friendship has been extending. This gathering is 4 months after Kim Bum’s birthday party cum fan meeting last April. At Lee MinHo’s fan meeting in June, Kim Bum couldn’t attend due to drama filming.
SS501 are practicing hard in order to show a brilliant performance for their first concert of the 1st Asia Tour. They are currently having their pre-concert rehearsal at Jangchung-dong Jangchung Gymnasium Hall where a similar stage of the actual stage has been set up. They will release 5 songs from their upcoming 2nd album, to be released in mid-Aug, during this Seoul concert. With the start of their Asia Tour in Seoul, they will continue with Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, HongKong, Taiwan, etc.
Woah..I dont know if that means they’ll go up on stage?!
Then I’m gonna be able to see F4 on stage?!!?!!! hheehehe..
I kinda like KimBum too~ ^^

‘Flower Boy’ Kim HyunJoong, Kim Bum…competes for best newcomer, daesang in drama section
The lead actors for this year’s hottest drama KBS 2TV ‘Boys Over Flowers’, Kim HyunJoong and Kim Bum will compete against each other in ‘2009 Korea Junior Star Awards (KJSA)’. Both of them has been selected as one of the candidate for daesang and newcomer awards in the drama section for ‘2009 Korea Junior Star Awards’. This award ceremony is to present acting awards to youngsters who will be in charge of the next generation’s hallyu wave and other child actors.
‘Korea Junior Star Awards’ sponsored by Korea Movie Producer Association will be held on 23rd, 2pm at Seoul KwangJin-gu NeungDong Universal Art Center.

Kim Hyun Joong (Yoon JiHoo)’s ‘Happiness is’ is a hit song in the 70s by Jo Seung Woo’s father, Jo Kyung Soo. He sang the song thinking about the meaning of a genuine love, singing with an infuriated voice expressing the grief and sadness. In addition, SS501’s ‘Sometimes’ is composed by Han Jae Ho, who composed for KARA’s ‘Pretty Girl’, and Kim Seung Soo. The song expresses the bold love confession and with the melody of the strings instruments, the song gives the sweet feeling of the heart.

KBS2 hit drama “Boys Over Flowers” will finish up their F4 music drama on May 19th and it’ll be airing on Mnet, starting at 6pm for a full hour (60 minutes).
“F4 After Story” will again tell the myth of the four people, F4 and their story will be told in a music drama format. They have aired the Kim Bum & Kim Joon’s part a few weeks back, and fans are waiting for Lee Min Ho & Kim Hyun Joong’s part to come out. This Tuesday, we’ll finally watch their part of the “After Story” on the full hour special edition of “F4 After Story” on Mnet.
In addition, “F4 After Story” will release its background music through Mnet music portal side (www.mnet.com) on the same day.

The four males lead stars of a hit Korean telenovela, “Boys Over Flowers,” are coming to the Philippines.
Korean superstars Lee Min-Ho (Jun Pyo), Kim Hyun-Joong (Ji Hoo), Kim Bum (So Yi Jeong) and Kim Joon (Song Woo Bin), or popularly called “F4,” will visit the country, “The Buzz” host Kris Aquino announced Sunday.
There is no date yet as to when the stars will arrive in the Philippines but Aquino said it is going to be “soon.”
Based on the best-selling Japanese manga “Hana Yori Dango” by Yoko Kamio, the romantic story was first adapted in Taiwan as the phenomenal hit drama “Meteor Garden,” which aired on ABS-CBN in 2003. It starred Asia’s sensational boyband F4.
“Meteor Garden” remains to be one of the most successful Asianovelas aired on Philippine television, with an average rating of 42.9 percent in mega Manila and a nationwide average rating of 62 percent.
South Korea’s “Boys Over Flowers,” meanwhile, garnered an average rating of 30 percent. The show had a great impact on Korean pop culture as sales of men’s cosmetics and fashion items skyrocketed and the female lead’s hairstyle ruled the fashion world.
The Korean remake of “F4” also launched the careers of the four Asian superstars.
Aquino said the producers of the Korean show were grateful that, like Meteor Garden, it also became a hit in the Philippines.
Starting Monday, “Boys Over Flowers” will be aired at 6 p.m. before “TV Patrol World.” It takes over the timeslot of “Pinoy Bingo Night,” which will now be aired after “Tayong Dalawa.”

The cast of Korean version of Boys Over Flowers, F4 Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Joon, Kim Bum, Goo Hye Sun, etc. will be holding a press conference and other promotional activities in Taiwan starting from May 31st for a period of four days three nights.
The drama Boys Over Flowers will be aired in Taiwan CTS and GTV broadcasting channel on the 10th and 17th respectively, while the main characters are also ready to meet their Taiwan fans.
During this promotional trip to Taiwan, Lee Min Ho and Goo Hye Sun will also be helping the less fortunate children in Taiwan. They will be donating all of the money earned from breakfast meeting with fans, which will be held on 3rd of June, to the breakfast fund of 200 needy children. Although the participation fee for breakfast fan meeting event organised by the Red Cross Association and GTV costs at a high price of NT$5200( about 20 thousand won), the tickets were sold out within one minute of the beginning of the sales.
In addition, “Boys Over Flowers” premiered on the 10th set a record breaking of a ratings of 1.66%, equivalent to a ratings of 10% in South Korea, signalling a good start. The viewership is expected to be higher when the drama is aired on GTV channel, Taiwan’s most popular channel.
